There is no bigger story right now than the White House asserting that California residents are in a state "of rebellion against the authority of the Government of the United States."
It’s not a security breach that he didn’t sleep in a sterile area; it just wasn’t the security plan. And the designed security did in fact stop the attack without it. The demand embedded in this piece that it become the plan is exactly how the one way ratchet of a burdensome security state works.
