"ooh if you make seelah a fighter and the dialogue all says she's a paladin it won't make any sense!" i don't fucking care, dude. i understand the risks. that's fine. it's okay.

Day 6 of #owlcatober2026 is Mealtime and I know everyone is a bit wonky looking, I didn't really wanna draw so many characters, but I at least did it and I know Driz would be sad without her friends every night.

Did some of these for the lil crpgs I've played
Honestly I feel like I like Cassia and Seelah more then Greybor, but I do like Greybor a lot too. I shant argue with the sorting gods
By the way, never played Kingmaker but NokNok and Jubilost got pretty high just based off vibes.

@paizo.com always has the coolest space in the Sagamore! @alexspeidel.bsky.social has great taste, he even put ChkChk and DAE together because they’re besties.

I really loved that Seelah got an ending slide. She dipped early, somehow survived the undead legions, and now is trying to form an uprising.
Woljif, Greybor and Arue all formed a happy little club. Seems I got the good end for Arue after all :)

When i know that Arueshalae going from minor guide npc to games most developed romance, and Seelah being first to bench companion with barely any storyquest are correlated events but i cant prove it.

I will be honest im not familiar with the og campaign and im operating on what my friend, who both dmed and played it, shared with me
But Owlcat has committed grave sin of making Seelah into lawful stupid from being one of coolest paladins in media, and i just KNOW it has to do with her skincolor

I was more referring to Sosiel who somehow flipped roles with his husband in terms of being companion and plot relevant npc, but Anevia and Irabeth being as well done as they are is honestly surprisingly shocking.
Especially when if Owlcat wants they WILL sabotage og adventure character - Seelah.

Which, to be fair, also happened with Heroes of Might and Magic very often. Also Wenduag, or Seelah, were always right.
So that's accurate. I think my main issue with Wrath's version is that you couldn't zoom in to look at your units on the battlefield. Just this badly angled high up view.

as far as companions go, some thing aren't changing much from previous runs. I think i nailed Wenduag as a Divine Hound Hunter, and swapping Seelah to a Martyr Paladin is just always correct. Also i'm probably building Regill closer to "as intended" for once, taking multiple levels of Hellknight.
