Regulated Capitalist doesn't exist it's called "Social Democracy" Fascists like to say that is communist, that is untruthful. Regulated Capitalist is Socialism. There are many degrees of socialism. Opposed to Capitalism that is always savage and based on the survival of the fittest(selfregulated).
