There's a whole collection of ballot measures by the same group. Increased sentencing for Fentanyl, increased sentencing for child trafficking, no transition for minors, and no trans kids in sports. The bundle them like that so they can say the opposition favors free fentanyl and trafficking chidren

This is legally incoherent. Absolute & conditional discharges are not out-of-court disposals. Nor are DTOs which are a custodial sentence available in the Youth Court.

At some point, maybe we need to think a bit more on the long term and step away from the forget/forgive logic, and start shaming and sentencing those who have harmed us, and the parts of the system that protect all of us.
