More than a decade ago I worked social media for the NDIS. I realised Serco was going to be a service provider. I gave some feed back criticising the decision. Contract not renewed. And now here we are. Serco is now providing outsourced phone case management to the NDIS

A Facebook post falsely claims Serco has been instructed to “secure all” empty rental properties across the UK to house “illegal immigrants”.

Serco only manages asylum accommodation in certain areas of the UK and says it does not use empty homes.

I would argue that depending on large government subsidies has become 'endemic' for giant corporations like Serco etc.

But the Tax Payers Alliance never look at that side of it.

A Serco employee has been charged with misconduct in public office, over sharing the addresses of the houses of asylum seekers, with people who wanted to target those people.

Serco says it is cooperating fully - but can not comment further while the case is active.

In Ontario, Serco owns DriveTest centres, which have been teeming with corruption.

In the UK, they also operate private prisons, which is the plan in Ontario too.
