I've noticed that libras/risings have this... paranoia? about what other people think of them? Like their shadow selves are very worried about others and how they are perceived from others... and Oregon Grape is an EXCEPTIONAL paranoia shadow herb for this. #shadowherbalism #Witchsky

When I look at a client chart (part of my intake process), I look for many clues that match herbal actions. Venus in 6th house Pisces, with Sagittarius sun, and Chiron in 12th? That's a LOT of leaky energy. How are those vericose veins in your legs doing?

I use the leaves as tea as well! But witchhazel as an astringent on your face, when you put it on, you can use the mantra "it's safe to let go" and you'll really feel her work her magic. Hazel is a lovely tree that helps us understand when we can let go ❤ #shadowherbalism
