Yeah, you know what was lacking from the original? Callbacks to other stuff. That's why it was original. Even #2 and the video game didn't get too reference heavy.
I won't bother mentioning certain movies penned by the Walker bros, but SheBorg was better.

An evil space cyborg comes to earth and starts turning people in to puppy-eating cyborgs and only a small group of punk girls can stop her. Good effects and stunt work, cool visuals (like opening credits as part of the scenery) and very fun script. Recommended.

Lots of attention to this paper, but as pointed out by @ElinVidevall and @sheborg - setting aside the terminology issues - there is a methodological flaw that 'survival' is defined as continued publication in such a small list of ecology journals

Part Star Trek, part Doctor Who, all Australian, Sheborg (aka SheBorg Massacre) is a lot of charm and not a lot of budget, but that is just fine by me.

Sheborg comes to us from Australia where films like this kind of helped resurrect the Ozploitation subgenre and I like what this movie was bringing with it.
