Good list. One Windows twist on #2: npx is a .cmd shim there, and a spawn without a shell can't run a .cmd, so you get spawn npx ENOENT even with the path right. Running it through cmd /c fixes it. We wrote it up for the ClaimIDX project: claimidx.hashnode.dev
