This should be impossible, as it is in most modern countries. This is not that poor ladies fault.
All those in employ of the city who were involved in making this possible should be sacked, at bare minimum.

Bad enough that these toilets are not accessible to anyone on wheels.
Worse still is the placement of the handrail. That giant pillar blocking the near end of the handrail prevents you from grabbing the rail before descending.
Would it have killed them to put the rail on the other side?

It's so damn annoying that more and more apps prompt me to enable notifications EVERY time I open the app. I've intentionally disabled notifications on all mobile apps. #shitdesign
