🌴 Shinsen Nihon shokubutsu zusetsu.
Tokyo: Keigyosha, Meiji 32-36 [1899-1903]

[Source]
Illustration from "Shinsen Nihon shokubutsu zusetsu" (1899-1903) depicting Polypodium senanense, a pteridophyte fern. The image shows several detailed drawings of the fern’s fronds with pinnate leaflets. Notable are the circular sori arranged in rows on the underside of the leaflets, indicating spore-producing structures. The rhizomes and roots are also illustrated, revealing the fern’s creeping underground stem. The illustration focuses on the botanical features important for identification, including leaflet shape, vein patterns, sori placement, and root morphology. The style is precise, typical of historical botanical plates for scientific study.

24 avril 2020 (webnovel): "Shokubutsu Monster Musume Nikki"

Je vous épargne le titre complet qui est le plus long que je connaisse pour un isekai, il est dans l'ALT

C'est un titre de réincarnation, d'abord en sainte puis en Alraune, un monstre plante

Fanchement, et bah j'aime bien !

The Jindai Akebono cherry blossom (じんだい曙) is a variety of cherry tree that originated in Japan. It is closely related to the famous Somei Yoshino cherry.
Discovered in Jindai Botanical Gardens (Jindai Shokubutsu Koen) in Tokyo, which is how it got its name. I can't wait for the full bloom🌸🌸🌸

Historical botanical illustration of Polypodium lineare var. contortum, a species of Pteridophyta (ferns). The image shows a cluster of five elongated, narrow fern fronds with root structures at the base. Numerous round sori (spore-producing structures) are aligned along the underside of the fronds. Around the main plant are detailed close-ups of sori cross-sections, sporangia clusters, and leaf vein patterns, illustrating reproductive and anatomical features. The drawing is labeled with numbers corresponding to these detailed views. The style is monochrome line art typical of early 20th-century scientific botanical plates.
