It’s funny how a quick warmup sketch can pop off more than a fully rendered piece. That’s what happened with this one on tumblr and twt

A Dazai comm I did a little bit ago
#shrimpkini #bsddazai
The drawing is of Dazai Osamu on top of a desk, wearing a pink knitted dress. He’s winking at the camera with his tongue poking out, left hand on his hip, and right hand playing with one of the dress straps.

My OC Nana
#shrimpkini
My character Nana sitting backwards in a chair, posting editorial-style. She’s smoking a cigarette and dons a pair of thin glasses from the 90s. She is wearing a suit jacket, slacks, and dress shoes. The jacket is open to reveal cleavage and necklaces. She is in greyscale but in the background there are the hiragana characters なな to represent her name.

I’m not sure if I like this but it is done. Now I can finish the skk kiss comic
#shrimpkini #skk
The drawing depicts Dazai and Chuuya in their ancient Japanese mythology Mayoi costumes. Dazai a tengu and Chuuya and oni. Dazai is sitting behind Chuuya, reaching for chuuya’s suitou (gourd canteen, it’s full of sake) with his left hand while snaking his right arm up Chuuya’s shirt. Dazai is visibly drunk and goading Chuuya into giving his sake to Dazai. He says “Did you know sake is bad for redheads? It’ll stunt your growth and rot your poor chibi brain!” He then says “You should just give it to me to be safe”. Chuuya holds his suitou away from Dazai while eyeing the hand groping him suspiciously. Chuuya replies, saying “uh-huh”. He doesn’t buy Dazai’s shenanigans and is suspicious of his motives.

It’s a digital drawing that depicts Dazai Osamu from BSD in a blue kimono with short sleeves. There’s red spider lillies in his hair and in the background. He is also wearing black sandals and has red liner along his bottom lash line.

Some Ango action
#shrimpkini #bsd
The drawing depicts Ango sakaguchi from BSD in strong pink and magenta lighting. He is sitting in a chair and has strings attached to him at his joints like a ventriloquist doll. In his lap he has a ball with a bright yellow hand print - serving as a nod to the ball that poisoned Oda. Ango is looking down at a puppet version of himself that mocks him. This is meant to symbolize how all of his actions, including his betrayal, are orchestrated by his job in the government.

He’s a freak
#shrimpkini #skk
Three paneled comic of Dazai and Chuuya from BSD. They’re both sitting next to each other on a curb. Chuuya is irritated and says “Shit! I can’t believe we could only get one bottle! It’s cheap too. What the hell are we going to do now?” Dazai is looking down at the single wine bottle they have while chuuya says this. Dazai then looks away from Chuuya and subtly suggests that they could play spin the bottle with just the two of them. In the last panel Chuuya’s head snaps to look at Dazai with judgement and confusion
