I will lie and say "fine" if the reason I'm not fine is hard to explain or too personal. Or maybe I am processing and will be fine soon and I don't want to cause worry. Is that shrinky dink think? I'll have to ask my therapist if that counts as control of others' emotions. Part of self-abandonment.

shrinky dink experiment successful!! learned some things in the process but I think they came out okay for my first try!

(going through some of my stuff, found old arts and crafts supplies. beaded animals, shrinky dinks book, plastic canvas projects. now alls i'm missing is my latch hook stuff and i'll have found all the 'new' hobbies everyone's discovering today xD )

She also needs to expand her wardrobe. Maybe some of the OT will go towards fall fits. She owns basically only summer stuff. I like shopping. It gives me dopamine. She has a hard time spending money on herself. But she's also trying to unlearn shrinky dink think, so maybe it'll be a good challenge.
