The next wave of Silver Series collectibles for 2027 is one to make you wish you had a Japanese car in your garage. The Laurel is the crown jewel here!

Today's #DeskCar is the Hot Wheels #AcceleRacers RD-09 from the 2013 Road Rockets 5-Pack Release. The current #SilverSeries release is a much improved casting with greater detail. While I don't have the AcceleRacers nostalgia, I do like the heft and feel of the #diecast engine on the front and back.

They got Silver Series in ShopRite. Looks like I'm coming away with diecast (I also found a CASE Q treasure hunt earlier). #HotWheels #Cars #Diecast #SilverSeries

Here's the specs! They have more sophisticated options, but my grant money would only pay for this one. Which is still great and I'm still really thankful for it! Gets excellent reviews, too.

I’ve officially unboxed over 230 (mostly Hot Wheels) scale model cars over the past 9 months. I’m at a point where I don’t even necessarily care about owning them anymore. I just enjoy the process of opening and taking photos of them.

The #two image in my #silverseries is from work I did with the amazing phylactere_art on IG. She has such an amazing body awareness. There were so many good shots from this shoot, that I'm not even sure I picked the right one here.

My #six #silverseries image is from a set of gorgeous work years ago. There are so many great shots from this shoot that I struggle to pick an actual favorite. More of her work will be coming soon
