This is so wild to me, someone who has drank (albeit sweet) tea all my life. I’m a sweets kinda gal, so i’ll tell ya: the way you fix both of these bitter drinks is with sugar 😂😂
Peppermint tea isnt very strong imo. I always expect clear sinuses but get nada. I only drink it when my belly is wonky.

I have at times used a Neti Pot. Works great, but it's kind of a hassle. You really want to use boiled water or saline and not put tap water up your sinuses

My sinuses are such a hot mess that they can Go Grotty without any external lurgy to set them off (cos there's pathogens everywhere on/inside our bodies, which non-microbiologists don't want to think about too hard).
Main plan is up my nasal spray and see GP for antibiotics quicker if it grots.

Second trip this week. Also, I am beginning to enjoy the spicy as fuck peanut sauce. Not sure where they get their red curry for the sauce but it will clear your sinuses!!
