Okay, Pizza Night™ got a little wild and experimental last night… tired of pepperoni, salami, and mushrooms, as much as we like them.
I got the idea to do a pork sisig pizza, then went to our local Filipino joint and heard the four saddest words in the English language: “SORRY, NO SISIG TODAY.” 😢

Okay, Pizza Night™ got a little wild and experimental last night… tired of pepperoni, salami, and mushrooms, as much as we like them.
I got the idea to do a pork sisig pizza, then went to our local Filipino joint and heard the four saddest words in the English language: “SORRY, NO SISIG TODAY.” 😢

🍜 #kvpkitchen My house smelled liked fried pork belly this weekend. We made sisig in our Ninja. We chopped up pork belly chunks and made lumpia sisig.
I also made Crispy Sisig Carbonara with Shanxi knife-cut noodles and a delicious sauce of eggs, olive oil & Parmesan cheese.
