Today's medication journal is "complex." Burnout results in simplification. You can only do the essentials and then brain says "SitTFDOWN" & ya done. Thinking gets simplified. Today I feel, the only word is more complex. It's beyond subtle, but I'm seeing just a little bit more associations.
