I’m a Ghost fan from Eponymous but didn’t pay attention to the stories he was weaving with these characters. I loved the music for sure though and now Skelata has made me go absolutely mental for them. Do you know of a good resource for someone to read up on all of the characters by chance? Thx!

I have listened to Ghost before on this blog here. However, I didn't remember what that album was like until I looked up the blog. This morning when I was looking for the album 'Skelata' which is currently number 2 on the UK album chart, I thought that Skelata was the band name and…

When I realised that Ghost was the band name I had a strange memory that I had listened to them before.

So having a few daya with it and a few full listens. Skelatá is a masterpiece and probably my second favorite ghost album. (Prequelle is first) Everything just hits for me everything has this sad romantic tone that just tartets me.

“Skelata” feels like it is Tobias’s love letter to 80s rock. As usual he blends eras and genres to create something that is uniquely Ghost but also wears his influences loud and clear. From beginning to end it is absolute perfection. Can’t wait to listen again and again

Nice, this is kind of a synchronicity for me because I picked up the Skelata opaque violet version from Amoeba today (along with a killer new audiophile print of Shake It Up by The Cars) 🤘
