⚖️ I lost around 15kg, reached and maintained my goal (90kg)
🏋️ went to the gym 98 times
🚴♂️ have cycled 1023km
🚶♂️ did 4 large hikes (> 1000hm)
⛷️ did not count skidays and 🏄♂️windsurf-sessions
✅ From my point of view, I not only achieved my goal, I exceeded it!
