Farage doesn't know the meaning of skint. Skint is living on fumes until payday. Skint is not opening a bill because you know you can't pay it. Skint is not being able to pay for the kids school trip. Skint is the boiler breaking down, and bathing in cold water cos you can't afford a plumber ...

A Times investigation reveals Farage and his partner own *at least* five homes across Surrey, Kent and Essex, all but one bought with cash since 2000.

In 2017 he said he was “skint”.

I'm pleased to report that I'm no longer skint and managed to find £215,000 to invest in crypto and have a £885,000 house that my girlfriend (wink wink) bought for cash. All through sheer hard work.

Skint [skint]
(adj.)
- Having no money; broke as a joke.

Use:
“Begging your pardon, good sir, you present as a gentleman of most commendable pecuniary abundance, whilst I am, alas, thoroughly skint; might you, perchance, command a superfluity of specie to begrace upon a most necessitous soul?”

You do not feel skint by accident. Brexit and Westminster's choices have pushed prices up and wages never caught up.
