Well, Slimfast and peanut Grenade bars, but there's no way I could afford the Grenade bars if kind and awesome people hadn't sent some to me.
Sadly, all the prescribed oral nutrition supplements are pretty gross, which is something of a soapbox for me now.

Well, Slimfast and peanut Grenade bars, but there's no way I could afford the Grenade bars if kind and awesome people hadn't sent some to me.

I def have an irritated stomach thing going on because presumably because I drank a slimfast before immediately going back to sleep yesterday, so acid sat around in there + I ate a big lunch which def overdid it and was too hard on sore tummy 😭 heating pad is helping but feel like shit lol, fun
I will never learn my lesson to not eat immediately before going to sleep, tummy ache to the extreme all day THIS SUCKS

I can literally only afford slimfast. The next cheapest option is £6 more expensive for the same number of bottles.
But I can't see any reason why they wouldn't prescribe Ensure, which seems to be the only prescription option.
I guess I've got nothing to lose by trying?

I've not tried it during this episode, but I've gagged and puked on shake lumps in "peace time" and had to switch shakes. And I only like chocolate flavour slimfast.

Yeah, I did slimfast when I lost 4 stone when going through my Original Crisis. I went from quite tubby to BMI of about 23, I think.

I literally couldn't have afforded anything more expensive so I was delighted. I lucked out in terms of the things I can actually manage to eat rn. 97p for a bag fruit pastilles, £5 for 6 porridge pots and £8 for 6 slimfast.

I have. Normally that's what I'd go for, but it's really expensive and I'm barely working. I'm purely on the slimfast because it's £8 for 6 on amazon.
