Listen. I think Brandon Sanderson is one of the finest authors releasing (an absurd amount of great books) today.

If you like crazy good magic systems and great worldbuilding and an amazing plot go read the Mistborn trilogy.

This story’s a few weeks old. There’s a *lot* of radon gas coming from Dartmoor granite - goodness knows how much we absorbed as kids.
