People get way too snooty about using manual. "be a MAN and shoot MANUAL don't let a COMPUTER make choices" and all that. But mostly I just don't think detractors have ever taken the time to understand what program does and how nicely it maps to just general snapshooting needs.

I wonder if this is why i'm insanely good at instinctual snapshooting too. I used to land insane shots when surprised at airsoft.

I never met the guy. I got to know a little of who he was from his file packets of negatives, though only on scanning them in 2004.
We shared some perspective. This was taken by my father in Sudan around 1940: a small child holding a kid goat.

Virtue Kneepads do NOT go well with jeans, gonna hope they work with the Sgt. Sex fit.
Also I used woodsball today to practice my speedball posture and snapshooting in action, and was reminded why I don't use speedball markers (or anything hopper fed) in the woods
It's literally just easy mode

It's good enough for what I use it for (around the neighborhood snapshooting mostly). If I'm shooting for print I'll use the 40-150mm f/2.8 PRO which is an absolute banger of a lens.

today i worked on slower tempo - i have a habit of snapshooting because i conditioned myself to shoot 10+ arrows in a round to get the most out of my 2hr sessions. of course, that is silly and often unproductive (unless i am training for speedshooting).
safe to say holding my full draw worked!
