In Florida we call that Snowbush since we don’t partake in those weather conditions. Mornin’ my friend, Iggy! 😎

Mornin’ my good friend, Iggy😎
In Florida we call this a SnowBush. As long as we never see the real thing. Have a good one!

When I visit Japan again, I will definitely look out for it! ☺️🌸 Thank you for describing the name — so fascinating!! 😳

A bit off topic, but Yukiyanagi reminds me of a similar plant we have in the states that’s literally called a Snowbush!

Last summer I began rewilding my yard. Happy to say I've since added the yarrow and the gilia, but the manzanitas and ceanothus will take some work (they're not cultivated).
The lupins, like Raye's husband, are coming.

I searched snowbush! It's such a lovely plant. 💕
That's true, they look alike! But yukiyanagi is actually related to roses and cherry blossoms.🌹🌸 Thy smells wonderful, so if you see one, give it a sniff.☺️
