whenever we are near the southwest edge of snowmap it is perilous. but yeah too far east etc. Still could have been a bit better. it’s def wetter out than I expected at 7pm.

So bbc tell me, people are being slow with their UK snowmap updates. Ik’m going to be annoyed if I’m going to have to get up out of my warm bed and actually look out of the curtains 😂

Yes. It'll be interesting to see if things like this have any bearing on the take-up of Blue sky. I remember the first couple of years of snowmap on twitter were really quite exciting, combining social and crowdsourced data to generate really useful info
