It circles back to SOF being allowed to develop an inflated sense of importance. The truth is, even if SOF *were* subjected to excessive restrictions (no), it didn't determine the broader outcome of those wars, because they're an ancillary support function.

It circles back to SOF being allowed to develop an inflated sense of importance. The truth is, even if SOF *were* subjected to excessive restrictions (no), it didn't determine the broader outcome of those wars, because they're an ancillary support function.
