Oh yeah my mom & i used to go hang out there & do the same thing. it's also a good place to find very pretty beach pebbles. I really miss hanging out on beaches with mom, we'd go to China & French Beach a lot too (with an obligatory stop for lunch or dinner at Mom's Cafe in Sooke)
