Nie wystarczy optymalizowanie wplywow bez redukcji wydatkow . Bez ich reformy. A rzad nalozyl na.nfz wydatki bez ich dodatkowego finansowania- ratownictwo, sory, opieka koordynowana, programy lekowe, wszystko co wczesniej szlo z budżetu. I do tego podwyzki z mocy innej ustawy.

Så kan man jo lure litt på gangsynet på «folkebørsen» av og til da. I alle fall de som stemmer på stadion. Sory som BB i går. Det var jo en av hans svakeste kamper i år. Man skal jo bedømmes etter kampen i går, ikke hvor god man har vært i mange kamper.
