One of my first/best recurring jokes is "I have no muscles, I'm animated by spite"

This has spawned names for the various pieces of skeleto-spite anatomy: spiceps, spabs, splutes, splats, spamstrings

If it helps I call all my muscles "spite [muscle name]" and give them nicknames little "spabs" "splutes" "spiceps" "spamstrings" etc. For example today I've been complaining about my sore spabs
