(I was gonna give Armada Sparkplug a New Name "Bumblespark" but I went with #
"Sparkbug" instead amd I'm so Disappointed that his New AOTP Figure doesn't have a Bumblebee/Sunstreaker Car Feet like his Old Toy)

Another character that we don't know much about till final episode episodes is Dr. Odis. All we know about him, that he has some ulterior motives as he is the one who wants screecher disks and he is not afraid to use Ronan to reseach his goal, despite acting royal toward Ronan in for most of series. As he later on brainwashes Ronan with help of screecher Field Tiger after Ronan started regret how he acted toward Xander, Ringo and others after he lost to Noah in screecher races and started to relearn that screecher races/battles is fun. Dr. Otis is also smart enough to create life as he manage to create two humans Dark Blair and Snowy Girl after Vlad, Tamala and Spleeve continued to fail every single time Fun fact in original Chinese version, Snowy Girl was male character as Dark Blair in original version was refered as "older sister" and Snowy Girl as "younger brother" Both their screechers Flaming Python and Ellefeather is just there. At this point I can easy say if your name isn't Xander or Ringo, your Screecher is not important, maybe except for Sparkbug. Unlike her sister, Dark Blair tries to learn how to act like human and even tries to befriend Xander, but she and Snowy Girl still works for Dr. Odis. Xander and Ringo doesn’t learn about it or that they aren’t real humans till final few episodes, so they consider them both their friends.

So after this point series is pretty much episodic as we are introduced to other racers, like Ann and her screecher Knightvision. And let me just say it, I freaking hate her, she is most obnoxious and annoying person ever and she is pretty much obsessed with Ronan and that’s her entire personality, having massive crush on him. She serves no purpose as Knightvision, rarely participates in screecher races. It takes until second half of first series for him even to appear in true form and while his screecher form is meh for me, I still love him as a character, even if his partner is character I can't stand the most. Other screecher racer we meet is Noah, who has screecher Sparkbug, who loves food as during his introduction episode, he eats even Ringo’s food. Sparkbug for that gets hit on head by Ann, who throws Knightvision at him, because he eat her ice cream and because of impact he lost memories and joined Tamala and Vlad's team, but regained his memories in same episode And this was only sixth episode and we already had 2 screechers that lost their memories in span of 6 episodes. Also poor Knightvision doesn't deserve treatment like that. Speaking about Noah himself, he cool I guess, but he just there like most of characters that isn't Xander or Ringo. And while he not important, he still plays bigger role in final few episodes by defeating Ronan in screecher racer with forces Dr. Odis show his true face after Ronan felt in depression after he lost to probably one of the worst screecher racers, he can even lose. Another racer is Alex, who always is training martial arts and by martial arts, he repeats Northern Praying Mantis again and again, every single time he on screen. Also people especially Ringo always forgets his name. He is my favorite character in first series, but like most of supporting screecher racers, he just there and that's all. He has praying mantis screecher Gatecreeper and to me this is coolest looking first series screecher.

Random OC lore/trivia time.
Before I had an official name for Lumen, I had the name "sparkbug" as a placeholder. I still call him that from time to time.

A SparkBug, or Electric Firefly, is a very useful insect in this world. It can generate energy for sofisticated appliances, or even musical instruments (As long as you can control and maintain the bug) (Inspired by a SparkPlug)

Have you heard the good news of the sparkbug?

Fairies are naturally in tune with the element of air, and Lumen takes that a step further by being an absolute menace with storm magic.

Hehe. Yeah. Before I had an official name for him, I just had "sparkbug" as a placeholder on his character sheet, and I still affectionately call him that from time to time.

(art done by midnight_rian, hope that's ok, but it's my character and I love any excuse to talk about him)

I don't see the sparkbug himself having any issues with the lightning. Being a storm sorcerer, he's kinda well suited to flight and lightning.
