My tomatoes are loaded but not ripe yet. one eggplant determined not to get longer than it's current 5". Garlic harvested and hung for curing. Shallots and pink onions really looking promising. Not going to think about all of the weeds out there. Oh and DAHLIAS #spokanegardening🌱

Witch Hazel in bloom.

I spent my solstice pruning my trees, writing bad poetry, and eating a delicious baked manicotti with the dudes. this plum tree should do great next year and I'll be able to reach again to harvest (it got tall after last summer)
if you prune around summer solstice it won't make sprouts as much.
