just the little things like how the leg robo transforms is something I've never seen before, and very sentai-robo like, or the hands on a springloaded deployment rotation to swap out the gatling guns

Gobots & Robo Machine Staks Transport! Staks is back with actual stacking capabilities! Tonka & Bandai boxes are very different. The non-transforming trailer isn’t very exciting (Ultra Magnus he ain’t) with not even a half-assed base mode to spice it up but the ramp action is nice #vintagetoytuesday

anyway did u guys know that AMS units actually have lil springloaded magnets inside the connector hub bc i found that out tonight while trying to figure out why it kept false-detecting filament jamming & well thats just kinda neat i think

Re: Winding mechanisms, precision springs really are the last limiter restoration. I have a springloaded 1880s treadle drop cabinet for a sewing machine & someday it's just going to drop forever & have to become a sewing table.
