Finally hit over 300lbs (310 to be exact) on squats using the SSB... I can definitely tell it's helping me on deadlifts too..

It's been awhile. Did a hard reset to my phone and forgot to log in to the sky. How y'all be? Did a deload last week and not I'm experimenting for the next 3wks only using Hammer Strength equipment & machines in the gym. #squadtsf #BlackSkyOver40 #BlackSky #BlackSkyFitness
