This effectively outlaws the transfer of seeds or cuts across statelines...even when a large multi-state operator sends itself a seed or cut.
Just found out the law explicitly also prohibits Cannabis seeds (which contain zero thc) and historically have always been available as novelty items.
saying that this simply bans CBD GUMMIES (a not very popular product right now) is absolutely burying the lede. THIS OUTLAWS ALL THCA, DELTA9, DELTA 8 PRODUCTS
