hey local nerd here, you're suuuuper close!
here's my go-to:
ffmpeg -loop 1 -i image.png -i audio.wav -c:v libx264 -tune stillimage -c:a aac -shortest out.mp4

(you're only missing the "-loop 1" and "-shortest" but the tune makes it encode a bit better)

unfortunately the "-tune stillimage" argument is not supported in nvenc so software encoding it is

@prism Make this a bat file on your path, start with image first, then audiofile, and you'll get audiofile.mp4 as an output.
