I use it as stiryfry filler. 50% meat. 50% tofu. Same volume of protein, a shitload cheaper

i have a trademark stiryfry on rice dish that's a couple steps above girl dinner bc there's asia grocery stores where I can get all the pickled veg and sauces I want.

tofu in stirfry specifically is really good, the veggies and any sauce you add to it help add good flavor to the stiryfry and if you cook is right it can have a nice crunchy texture!!

not specific recipe per-say, but there are plenty online, I can what our recipe is tomorrow!
