The Stoliz dance on the other hand required Blitz to climb on the railing and improvise. It took work and effort, but it was still sweet and romantic. More importantly it was real.

Another indication that people care more about the “problematic” optics of Stoliz over the actual text of the show is when they scandalously mention how Blitz was rented to him, like an 8-11 year-old kid is supposed to be held accountable for something his dad did.

Literally my ONLY complaint about this season of Helluva is the constant comparing & looking 4 parallels with Hazbin, specifically comparing Stoliz & Huskerdust & looking for similarities between them.

Ep1 was great but Gimpy Gimpy showed some well made scenes, Bad Rep had amazing cinematography and fighting
Trial of Errors had some of the BEST character animation, especially during the Stoliz argument
the lighting, the movements
RTLLL being PEAK and especially serving as a "look how far"

First of all just because they’re both mlm ships doesn’t mean they’re the same. And these are all virtually very different characters. And how they interact with one another isn’t the same either. Stoliz imho has always been more messy, I’m sorry but it has.

Yeah, i agree it's not 1:1 the same, just kinda similar and HB just loves parallels like that.

we have yet to see what caused Lilith and Lucifer to separate, but if the theories surrounding them are true, there is some pain and hurt between them left unresolved and given the foreshadow i brought up with how Lucilith's murals are hung alongside Stoliz when they are arguing well...

That’s y I’m glad I’m not much of a Stoliz shipper. I don’t hate it & I’m actively rooting 4 them. But the chemistry between them was always hard 4 me to see tbh. While Huskerdust just makes much more sense. And don’t get me wrong, Ik w Hazbin we’re gonna get angst for sure.

i hope Stoliz has the raunchiest sex imaginable
gotta hand it to the animators cause they made Dirty Bird well, the whole scene itself is animated in a way that, while some might not be able to handle the sexual theme of it, you can't deny the way the scenes play out did their job, especially because it came off as a "pseudo" sex scene for Stoliz

but the part that returns things to the emotional core is the Stoliz angst, the scene when Blitz returns after enduring 1 week of Australian hell to get a gift for Stolas, learning to not let his defensive reflexes prevent him from asking for help, we get the first BIG friction between them
