For the second time today, russians bombed Kharkiv, now with glide bombs. A 30yo woman died, and 16 people were wounded. One strike landed near the children's railway, the second bomb hit a private household in the central district. Outrageous.

The media reports that the US withheld badly needed ballistic interceptors meant for Ukraine. If Ukraine is left w/o air defences, russia will wipe out entire big cities w/ ballistics. Tens of millions will flee to Europe by winter. It's in Europe's best interest to provide SkyShield for Ukraine.
