After meeting with Year 6 Stopsley Community Primary School students, I was so impressed with their work on tackling plastic pollution and protecting the environment, I’ll be sharing one of the amazing posters they’ve created every week!

Out with a lovely Labour team, listening to and working with residents in Stopsley.

Thank you to everyone for their meaningful and positive conversations. Speeding vehicles, motorcyclists without helmets, parking and fireworks all came up as issues. /1

It was great to visit the Stopsley Men's Shed in the community garden recently - it's been running since January and provides a space for men to come together, connect and create.

It runs every Monday at the GreenHouse Hub Living Room (LU2 7UY).

Ashcroft Play Park is open! 🛝

Thanks to hard work from local residents, we've secured a much-needed facelift to Ashcroft Park in Stopsley.

A child said it was “the best play park” she’s been to. I think the double zip lines, the accessible trampoline and monkey bars were absolute hits!

A brilliant Labour announcement!

We know the difference money for decent playgrounds could make. It’s good for children, families and neighbourhoods.

From Stopsley to Lewsey and all the parks in between, there are playgrounds across Luton that need this funding.

Lovely Stopsley Community Garden.

They’ve opened up the centre due to the weather but the mood is sunny inside and out!

There are plenty of activities for big and small children. The knit and natter group are raising funds for Keech Hospice.

Thanks to all the fab volunteers who put today on. 🌻

Lovely to join the fab team at GreenHouse Mentoring for their children’s Christmas party.🎄

They do such good work in pairing young people with mentors to overcome challenges as they reach the next stage of their lives.

Catriona and the team are lovely - all the kids had a great time! #stopsley
