Ah, good idea! I think a "ha ha" shake too. The drop(s), stormclouds, angry-thing (is that supposed to be a bluging vein?), maybe confused spirals. Maybe some sort of "hurt" crosshatch overlay in random places?

Not the same of course but it reminds me of the falsehood that "getting your book banned is great for sales." Any silver linings attached to being targeted by the state are attached to giant dangerous stormclouds, we don't need any feel-good reminders.
