Castle Strangerock from "Xanadu Next" must be one of the best designed final (?) levels I've played: extremely long, complex, lots of verticality, makes you use everyone of your skills, fill with secrets, puzzles and traps... having a blast, but I was expecting finish it today and... not even close.

I always appreciate the scale that Falcom likes to work with in their games. Whenever it makes sense to make you feel very small with whatever you're going up against, they make it happen visually.
A screenshot from Xanadu Next, of your character crossing the bridge to Castle Strangerock. It's massive, spanning well beyond the bounds of what the screen can hold, and towering over your small character on this bridge as he approaches from afar.

Xanadu Next を少しだけプレイしました。
日本ファルコムのかなり昔のゲームですね。所謂Diablo2-likeといわれたジャンル、今ならARPGですか。マウス操作で左右クリックが攻撃、のアレです。
私は、Grim Dawnをプレイしている最中なので、システムが薄味に感じてしまいますが、アートディレクションはとても良い感じです。
まだ洋ゲーを追っていた時代のファルコム、イースと軌跡になる前のファルコムは懐かしいですね。

Id recommend p much anything from Falcom as they almost never miss but Id like to in particular recommend Xanadu Next right now
