I have had to quit the Green Party due to the abhorrent motion passed undemocratically by a tiny minority to make it their policy to abolish Israel and subjugate the Jews in the region under a Muslim majority. I intend to carry on with my work in the community apolitically, for more see my Facebook

There are some legitimate criticisms of the motion. However, the fury about it isn't in defence of Jewish people. It's not in defence of Zionists or Israelis even. It's in defence of a very successful tool to subjugate socialist politics in the UK and further afield.
