When people say that sulphites in wine set them off with cramps all night, what they really mean is polishing off a full 70cl of Pinot on a weekday evening sets them off with cramps all night.

If it was just the combination of "No added sulphites" and "Contains sulphites", that much would honestly be fine - because fermentation itself does in fact produce a certain amount of sulphites.
It's the "10mg added" part that makes the label inconsistent.

I can’t eat bacon because sulphites and nitrates kill me..luckily my husband makes me my own bacon out of pork belly with his smoker….

The IBS comment there is wild to me. I have IBS and have been vegan for a few years now! "High preservative content"? If they're talking about sulphites they're pretty easy to avoid
That said I had a burger with sulphites tonight so mistakes happen lmao
