I love 90s arcade games.
#SummerAdZine
An illustration of a fictional video game titled "マッドDASH" (Mad DASH) stylized like a 90s arcade game flyer. A woman in leather pants and a bikini top is standing over a sleek red and white motorcycle, pushing her hair back, and looking over her shoulder at the viewer. There are some mock-up screenshots of the game itself, which resembles a mid 90's shoot 'em up.

Summer is not over yet. Enjoy it, with Star Melon!
Cheaper than the cube shaped competitors melons!
Check the zine in the 🧵

A fake Japanese style advertisement for fictional star shaped watermelons. The brand name at the top is "PhiFruits" followed by a circular flower. The Japaneses text reads "Star Watermelon" or hoshi suika" and "Supreme Bliss of Heaven" or "tengoku no shifuku". Four star watermelons are presented under the Japanese text one showing a quarter cutout to show the pink and seeded inside of the melon. The price is 7,900 Japenese Yen. Under that is an AKI brand marker a parody of the OK Market Japanese superstore. The background is a slightly overcast sky with an ever stretching teal blue ocean reaching far into the skyline. The character presented is holding a slice of watermelon up in front of her smiling. She is wearing a blue swimsuit, has dark chin length hair with two hair clips in her bangs, has short elf ears, purple eyes, and a red triangle facing down on her forehead.

The next retro-futuristic sci fi franchise is on the horizon! My second contribution to #SummerAdZine and the debut of my new OC, the titular explorer Celica! 💫
A mock theatrical poster for “Containing Celica” displaying my OC Celica resting on the barrel of a large futuristic railgun. She has red, pink and white multicolored hair and wears a black leotard with turtleneck gaiter and boob window, and black arm sleeves and tights. A red-haired girl with medium length hair, wearing a pink summer skirt is flying on a broom high up in the air through the clouds. She's a modern witch and listening with headphones to music on her portable CD-Player. Her purple witch cat is holding on tight too and smiles to the camera. The Suny logo is reference to another well-known electronic brand I adore a lot. The title says"Only Suny makes you feel like a magical girl".

An advertisement for Kero Cola that reads "Jump in to summer." Nova, a woman with dog-like ears and tail, is kneeling over with a can of soda in her hand, while Amanda, a woman with cat ears and tail in a racing-style swimsuit with a beach ball looks over her shoulder, and Millenia, a demon woman in a black and red striped bikini, is waving to them. A woman in a competition style swimsuit next to a pool holding up one finger while looking over to the side. In the upper right, her name is listed as Shimizu Ai (surname first) with a big block of slightly Engrish-y text beneath. The bottom says "Believe in your victory" alongside the Spike logo.
