So this is what I can share with you, of course it's my own experience, I'm no expert but this is what has satisfied me and what I feel works well for me and gave me good results.
I put everything in images, with text in alt too, to avoid spamming you with dozens of skeets.
For skin care, I stick to the basics, so I'm sorry if it seems obvious: - hydration is key, so a moisturising face cream is essential, no need to spend a lot of money on it. - as well as a make-up remover, I use a face cleansing foam for my face morning and night. - I don't really feel that eye contour moisturisers are worth anything, and from what I've read, they're just hydration creams sold at a higher price so there's no need to waste money on it. - keep your make-up brushes clean and change your beauty blenders if you have some, this will prevent redness, irritation and pimples when they get dirty. - As a bonus, I do a scrub once a month, but usually about ten days after I've had laser/electrolysis facial hair removal, followed by a moisturising mask. I've always had a pimply, greasy forehead, and that's no longer the case at all (of course, having a very low level of testosterone must have played a part too, it's hard to say, probably a bit of both). I also use an ivory coloured BB Cream with sunlignt protection, face and neck, (But I don't go out a lot, so maybe it can be skipped, but I like it and it's almost like a foundation) As far as hair is concerned, we hear so much about everything and its opposite on 2 subjects: the hairdryer and the frequency of washing, it's sometimes difficult to sort things out, so I try to use common sense. I wash my hair when it needs it, which is when it's dirty, flat and dull. And unless you wash it every day, it doesn't have that much impact, At the beginning I had to wash it every 3 days, the routine I found for me is : - 2 hours before shampooing, I apply a little scalp care oil (it's not too expensive, it's usually a diluted mixture of aloe vera, rosemary and lavender). - Shampoo the scalp only, there's no need to apply shampoo on all your hair, just the top and sides of the head, in fact you wash your scalp and your roots, rinsing will be enough for the rest. - and lather the shampoo in your hands before applying it, to avoid rubbing the scalp violently, a gentle massage is all you need. - Condition on the lengths and ends and apply for at least 10 minutes (yeah, waiting in the shower is boring). - Rinse with lukewarm water, not hot If you have roots that get greasy quickly, I recommend using a double application of shampoo, which adds a bit of time between 2 washes. I still use the hairdryer, but unlike before, I use it on a low heat setting, just lukewarm, and hold it at arm's length away from my head, because what's going to damage your hair is repeated heat, especially if your hair has dryness issues. And it doesn't have to be absolutely dry, I use it to dry the essentials and add a little volume. I noticed that by doing this and with a bit more length I had less of a problem with static electricity. Now I only wash my hair once a week and when I do they still look good, not greasy, just less voluminous. I also had very little growth and a lot of brittle hair that fell out, which is no longer the case at all. To sleep I just put 2 clips and a silk knot, not too tight just to avoid having a mess of hairstyle in the morning and having a too rough untangling. Same, wash your brushes, combs, tangle teezers regularly, it becomes unclean, full of old hairs and it'll dirty your hair You also have to cut your ends at the hairdresser's or yourself, but I know I wouldn't do it (well, that's a advice I haven't applied because I still haven't dared go to the hairdresser since my transition, next objective). And also, results don't appear in a few weeks, so it's frustrating to go through the motions but you mustn't get discouraged, but yeah it's hard sometimes.

En tout cas une chose que j'en retiens c'est que je veux la même coiffure et boucles d'oreille que Thelma au début du film. J'me demande si je peux arriver à ce rendu sans utiliser de bigoudis comme elle, j'ai une texture de cheveux assez similaire je crois.
