Good deal on DeskPi Super6c at Micro Center. I'm guessing it's not the biggest seller in store.
Finishing some runtime system work; decided to try a #deskpi #super6c cluster board.
An ITX form factor beowulf cluster is amazing.
#slurm & #nfs worked out of apt.
#ucx, #openmpi, #openshmem, #openpmix, #gasnet, & #hpx needed custom compilation.

In looking around I can't quite find how the modules communicate with each other. Is is over USB or external Ethernet? Thanks!

The first 12-15 minutes of this video were particularly helpful for learning the workflow to load an OS onto the CM5s using the board. I'm not an ansible and k8s user so...I sort of skipped over those parts.
