ya know i never did see him. few years back he was opening for the chainsmokers or cage the elephant or something in,,, new jersey,,, and i felt sad but mostly for the children. remember my superdead head friend saw him during this tour and he had an awakening.

Could be the battery has failed?
If you're actively charging it and trying to turn it on, it might think the superdead battery is actually missing, and refuse to turn on with charger input only.
Or if the battery supplies a bad amount of power it might also cause this error.

MGM stopped making/funding games shortly after this, to my knowledge.
So it's likely superdead™®© forever and the assets/dev kit is hella gone.
Someone likely could finish it, but I imagine MGM would sue the hell out of them

I'd dig that, but it might be necessary to speedrun the earliest, most "damsel-in-distress" volumes to get to a more confident and formidable Emp. Would love to see a quality adaptation where she takes on Deathmonger and the Superdead

It is actually a recurring problem in the setting...people who get their powers from a certain class of source find that they become "superdead" after their demise. And DeathMonger can control them, so they have to stay in hiding. (Also the PR aspect.)
