Today I am finishing up the sanding on these double and triple size Shaper Trace frames. I'm using the SurfPrep 3X4 Electric Ray, which is my favorite sander. Next I'll add some water based topcoat to keep that plywood protected.

I used the Einstar Vego 3D scanner to scan the SurfPrep 3"x4" Electric Ray sander. I exported an .OBJ 3D model file from the Einstar Starvision software and imported that into my Bambu Studio software so I could 3D print this on my P1S printer.

Today I’m using my Surfprep Electric Ray 3“ x 4“ sander to clean up the drywall patch I had to make in my ceiling when I ran wiring to a new subpanel in my garage. The 3” x 4” blended in the edges nicely.

corners go first... the part you use most refinishing.
But again... it's probably the best option out there for certain kind of detail. So maybe the best approach is a surfprep for those fancy bits and a standard random orbital for the flat surfaces.
