The best #artist ever is in this show: someone who's inspired my #art more than any artist ever, & is multi-talented, creating collages, decoupage, applique art, surreal fascinators, paintings, dress designs, miniature gardens & more. Admittedly, I may be a bit biased: she's my mum. #SurrealSolihull

Here's her piece - a tryptich of Birmingham landmarks over time, with *loads* of tiny details. #SurrealSolihull
A surreal college presented as a triptych, featuring Birmingham landmarks of different eras, vintage illustrations of people, a headless antique mannequin in bloomers and a vest, a carriage and lots more. The light from buildings opposite is reflected in thd bottom of the glass

My work for Surreal Solihull is now on display until May in Solihull High Street. Many thanks to Ruth for allowing me to create this piece and exhibit among many great artists of Solihull / West Midlands.
