Yum! Hot guac is the biz. Bunged a whole chook in the air fryer and had it with Stornoway black pudding, mash, asparagus (YAY!), and copious amounts of wine. Any and all health benefits of this morning’s giant jaunt with Hamish are now definitely cancelled out. #swingsandroundabouts
