beast tachigin + “we need to stop having moments like this”
#bsd #tachigin
“We need to stop having moments like this.” Gin muttered, reaching for the knife hidden inside their boot. “Well, not my fault you’re the former boss’ secretary.” Tachihara replied, taking out a pistol from the holster he kept under his jacket. He wasn’t really annoyed, at least not at them. The guys who had just crashed their date, though? That was another thing. “I’d say it’s not mine either, but that’s trickier, so.” Technically, they had chosen such a role, but Dazai pulling strings as he always had done in order to make his carefully crafted plans happen exactly as he wanted to could never be discarded, less of all when Gin had turned out to be a rather important piece by virtue of their connection with their brother. Not like that mattered much, though, when the man was dead as part of those same schemes. If only the enemies he had made along the way could get the memo… “Anyway, this is gonna be fun.” With a smirk, Tachihara blinked in their direction, and got ready to attack. “On the count of three?” Gin nodded. “Three, two…” They started out, letting him end the countdown. “One!” And right then, there was a gunshot, perfectly timed to cover Gin as they dashed forward.

stayed out past curfew, planning our next move frankenjoly Summary: Gin waved a hand to make it clear there was no issue, and was pretty much expecting the conversation to end there, but to her surprise it didn’t. For quite the number of reasons, the first of them being what the newcomer said next. “Also, this sounds better when it’s a drink, but fuck it. Can I buy you food?” It was then when she finally turned her head to look at the person beside her, blinking in confusion, and realized where she had heard such a voice before. for bsd trans week 2026 day 4: genderfluid + binders + alternate universe beast au gin & their changes in presentation, ft. tachigin.

And it seemed to fully convince him, since Tachihara raised his hands as if surrendering and nodded. for tachigin week 2025's days 5 & 6: undercover + fake dating + t4t + jealousy in which making arrangements for a job ends with tachigin coming out to each other.

tachigin + against a wall kiss
#bsd #tachigin
Despite that being just a sparring exercise and not one of their initial quarrels, such a fact didn’t take away a smidge of pride when Gin managed to push Tachihara against a wall, with a knife to his throat and barely any space between their bodies; quite the opposite, since not even him going all out had changed the outcome. “I win.” Gin whispered, smiling behind their mask. “Yeah.” Tachihara conceded, smiling back. “Though, gotta say, I’m not exactly feelin’ like a loser here.” That earned him a little laugh. “Hm?” Was what came next, as if they weren’t sure why he would say that when it couldn’t be more obvious. So much there wasn’t even an attempt to feign surprise when their partner elaborated on it. “Well, bein’ cornered by someone so hot actually feels like winnin’, y’know?” Of course they did, since that would have been Gin’s situation were the roles currently reversed. Besides, they didn’t have a single doubt about how Tachihara would have done the same Gin was about to do. Sheathing their knife only to have both hands free (after all, the knife in itself could spice things up), they removed their mask, grabbed onto his jacket and kissed him in an urgent demeanor. And just as swiftly, Tachihara kissed them back, also discarding his gun in favor of wrapping his arms around them: firstly so their bodies were even closer against the other’s and then to lift them up the ground. Then, for extra comfort, he turned around so Gin’s back was now the one resting against the wall, at the same time they circled his waist with their legs. “Yeah.” Was all they said, once again whispering, before going for another kiss. “I know what you mean.”

If I had the view from every window But I still want you back into my arms When Gin knelt beside Tachihara, bruised and bleeding, he stared at them as if he couldn’t believe it. And that only became more evident as she took the redhead’s arm to put it around their own shoulders, then secured him further by wrapping his own around their partner’s waist. “We’re going up. Can you walk?” Gin hadn’t even finished talking when he gasped. “Are we still on speakin’ terms, Gin?” “Did you hit your head?” Was her immediate reply, similar to what Hirotsu had said when Tachihara went to see them both as they recovered. Maybe referencing it would knock some sense into him. “... Oh.” At least, it seemed like it had. “Exactly.” They nodded. “Now get ready to get the hell out of here.”

tachigin + “what if i do”
#bsd #tachigin
Their quarrels, no matter if sort of serious or more playful than anything, tended to end up with them exactly like in that moment; the two of them standing very close in front the other, Gin’s knife against Tachihara’s neck, Tachihara’s gun against either Gin’s chest or stomach. What Tachihara said next, too, was something usual: “Hm. You want a piece of me?” Having heard it before, though, didn’t minimize its effect on Gin. A snort escaping their throat at that point was also included in the list of things which happened in these kinds of moments, but right after she chose to add something new as well. “And what if I do?” He said, leaning in even more to whisper those words against the redhead’s ear. Gin moved their head back in time for her eyes to find Tachihara wide-eyed and letting out a gasp he wouldn’t have missed anyway. They would have missed such an expression, though, since Tachihara quickly stepped into action by pulling down the face mask she always wore and leaning in to kiss him once Gin’s mouth was exposed. Then, what followed was a string of hungry and yet somewhat awkward kisses, as if both were desperate but also figuring out how it all was at the same time-- a likely scenario, since it was at least Gin’s own first time.

tachigin, hd & nikolai + jealousy?

i “Mind if I steal him for a bit?” No one, not even Tetchô himself, had time to reply when no one other than Nikolai from DOA grabbed him by the hand and pulled so he would follow. Well, Tetchô did offer a non-verbal response since he allowed it, walking with more than evident enthusiasm once every piece clicked. After all, it wasn’t the first time nor it would be the last, since somewhat of a routine had ended up being established in events like that. From the moment Nikolai had learned Tetchô both enjoyed dancing and could keep up with him even with the most intense styles which were pretty much mixed with acrobatics, there wasn’t a party when he didn’t seek him out to do it. And Tetchô would be lying if he said he didn’t look forward to those moments. ii “They’re very good, damn.” Teruko said, smirking mischievously for a reason Gin didn’t know. “Makes sense, since they’re very good separately too, but that level of synch’d make one think they do that more often than once in a blue moon.” “You say that every time.” Was Jôno’s response, which at least to them seemed more calm and disinterested than anything. His bandmate, though, had apparently caught something a stranger like Gin still was to the most of the group simply wouldn’t. Sure, she was familiar with the Hunting Dogs on a more general level (everyone knew everyone by name in circles like that), but it was also his first time speaking with any of them, which what happened because all of them finally attending the same event had resulted in Tachihara taking the chance to introduce Gin to them. Anyway, apart from Teruko’s smirk growing bigger, her next words also told how she was definitely noticing something there. ii “They’re very good, damn.” Teruko said, smirking mischievously for a reason Gin didn’t know. “Makes sense, since they’re very good separately too, but that level of synch’d make one think they do that more often than once in a blue moon.” “You say that every time.” Was Jôno’s response, which at least to them seemed more calm and disinterested than anything. beast tachigin + “we’ll see each other again” kisses
#bsd #tachigin
“So…” Tachihara said, more than clearly hesitating. “Where are you going?” To that, Gin could only offer him a shrug. They didn’t really know where to go, or how to process everything that had happened that dreadful day. Sure, her execution had been revoked given how the boss had passed away, but at the same time he was Gin’s main reason to be at the mafia… leaving him with no clue. Sure, they weren’t going to turn away and leave, especially when that wouldn’t be exactly easy to pull off given his (former?) position as the boss’ secretary; leaving the mafia wasn’t easy for anyone, less someone with so much intel as she had. Besides, a job that paid as well as that one wasn’t something they would consider rejecting carelessly, given how before Dazai had taken them in she had been living in the most extreme poverty. It was more about what his fate was going to be inside the mafia. Would they be required to keep the same position? That was the most likely scenario, but who could completely know until it happened? Was the new boss going to give him another task? Was Gin going to be on the list of candidates to be the new boss, even, given her closeness to the previous one? “I just-- need a breather.” They finally said, leaning in and kissing Tachihara with more than evident desperation. Because, even when everything else was hectic and confusing, he was the only constant in their life. And he kissed them back just as intensely, because it was probably just the same to him too. Then, when they both pulled away, Gin left another kiss on the tip of his nose and moved away, leaving behind a promise to not be going too far at all.

I feel the rage, and I just can't hold it It's scratching on the walls Gin wasn’t usually a jealous person, nor were they bothered by Tachihara making a comment when finding someone hot or even straight up more. After all, she usually shared his tastes (like in Higuchi’s case, for example). But the current case, specifically, had actually bothered him. To the point of having actually gotten mad at Michizô in a way that was very difficult to ignore. Funnily enough, given the details. “Gin, c’mon, it was a joke.” And they knew that, but still, the mere idea almost managed to make his skin crawl. “I don’t like him like that, we just got along quickly and now people tend to assume we’re dating, which is hilarious.” It wasn’t hilarious for her, and not for Ryûnosuke either. “B’sides, what Nakajima wanted was an ear piercing, nothing more.” To honor the truth, Gin also believed it, since there was no way their boyfriend would be lying about something so dumb. It was just… Well, it did bother her when it came to the tiger in a way that wouldn’t have been even a biggie if it wasn’t someone else. After all, Nakajima was his brother’s own boyfriend, and the whole thing felt weird even if simply for a joke. “Can you just not call it ‘putting a hole in him’? Please and come the fuck on?” To Tachihara’s credit, he didn’t laugh before solemnly nodding.

I know you think I’m not something you’re afraid of ‘Cause you think that you’ve seen what I’m made of “There’s no way you can outpower me, all alone.” Their target said, in a display of bravado that made Gin need to put on a bit of effort in order to avoid laughing; that would give away his location, and staying hidden until the last second was obviously important. After all, that was their main thing. Besides, the roaring laughter Tachihara let out made up for the lack of hers. “I wouldn’t be so sure, pfft.” He said, finally charging forward as he started firing his pistol. “Also, who says I’m all alone?” That was Gin’s cue to enter the scene, attacking from the rear as Tachihara had taken the front like they usually did. There was no way they couldn’t win, but even in the almost impossible case it happened… Winning wasn’t the end goal, not as much as distracting the enemy while Hirotsu carried out his part of the plan. And, again, the two of them together were quite the force to be reckoned with. So there was no fear when Gin jumped on the man’s back, digging his knife in a very calculated move. “See?” Tachihara added, as the cherry on top, then aimed for the head. (You're my savior, you're my saving grace) Sometimes, Lucy would sing while doing something else, like right now as she made hot cocoa to share. And Louisa couldn’t help but simply stare at her, enthralled. At least, until she spoke. “Dance with me? Please?” As the question reached her, Lucy also held out her hand for Louisa to take. “We have like, seven minutes to wait till this is ready. Enough for one song.” “I-- I barely know anything about dancing.” Louisa replied, but she managed to take Lucy’s hand before a pang of nervousness hit her. “You don’t need a degree to dance a bit with your girlfriend, y’know.” Those words and Lucy also grabbing her other hand when she accepted melted a big chunk of Louisa’s worries away. Besides, the motion she started wasn’t dancing in any actual formal way, just twirling and swaying at the music’s beat… Which, sure, was a tad more speedy than she had expected at first, but it didn’t matter; Lucy wouldn’t let her trip. (It was also kind of funny, dancing so merrily when the lyrics were going in a very different direction. But that wasn’t what Louisa was focused on the most.) When it was time to wrap it up, Lucy pressed a soft kiss on the tip of her nose, then let go of her hands and twirled away in order to tend to their now warm drinks, as Louisa clapped and smiled.

Lucky to have stayed where I have stayed frankenjoly Summary: After the Akutagawas have their time at the shrine for New Year's Eve, Gin and Tachihara stay a while longer. Or: tachigin fluff inspired by the newest mayoi cards, basically. “Y’know? This is the first time I’ve been here with just one other person in a looong time. Like, not as a group as we usually come.” Tachihara’s comment, of course, raised their curiosity in a heartbeat. ‘Partner?’ Instead of signing, Gin traced the word over Michizô’s hand with their thumb. A joke, sure, but maybe he also wanted to know for real. The first response she got was laughter, genuine and warm.
